Tours
SABIS® International School - Phoenix understands the importance of the educational decisions you make for your child. You are invited to tour our campus and see firsthand what makes our school special. Tours are scheduled throughout the year. Please call the school to schedule a tour at (602) 305-8865.

If you're downloading the form and completing it, note that all forms must be turned into the school office to the attention of Abel Perales before a student can be added to our school roster. Kindergarten Admissions
SIS-Phoenix will only hold a spot for your child once their completed enrollment packet is turned into the school. Space is limited and thus you are advised to register early. Kindergarten students are not tested for admittance to Kindergarten unless they turn five after September 1st...
Documents that you need to register your Kindergartener include: a copy of your child's birth certificate, a copy of immunization record, proof that you are a resident of Arizona, and a copy of your child's social security card. Should additional documents be needed, the Registrar will advise you at the time of registration.
First Grade through Eighth Grade Admissions
SIS-Phoenix accepts and enrolls students year round. To start the admissions process, complete the enrollment form on this website or stop by the front office of the school to fill out the School Inquiry Sheet and set up a test date for your child. All students must take a placement test to assess the educational preparedness for the grade level requested.
Once the testing is completed, it is processed and the Academic Advisor (AQC) will contact you, usually within 2 days, to inform you of your child's performance and grade placement. Please be sure you provide the school with your most recent contact details so we can easily communicate the test results with you. If your child is currently attending a neighboring school, feel free to leave your child in his/her current school until you receive the placement details and agree on a start date. You can then purchase uniforms, withdraw your child from their other school, and request your child's school records to be sent to the SIS Records Department.
Transfer Students
Transfer students will be welcomed into SABIS® International School - Phoenix post the placement exam and completed admissions packet. On the first day of school, the new student will report to the school office wearing a SABIS® uniform and will be received by members of Student Life who will show the new student around campus and then to his/her classroom.

An open house is an opportunity for you to come visit SABIS® International School - Phoenix, take a tour, ask questions, meet staff, and receive the initial paper work for admission into the school.

SABIS® International School is located at 1903 E. Roeser Road, between 16th Street and 24th Street on Roeser Rd. The major cross streets to its North and South are Broadway and Southern.
