Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, Phoenix Education Management, LLC. hereby states that all notices of the meetings of the Board of Directors will be posted in the Sabis International School front office located at 1903 East Roeser Road, Phoenix, AZ 85040 and on our website. The location is open to the public Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Such notices will indicate the date, time, and place of the meeting and will include an agenda or information concerning the manner in which the public may obtain an agenda for the meeting.

SABIS® International School Board of Directors
Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the SABIS® International School and to the general public that the Board will be holding a meeting, open to the public as specified below, on, Friday, February 26, 2021, at 4PM MST (5PM CST, 6PM EST), held remotely by phone (Dial-in number (US): +1 (605) 475-4120 Access code: 3946009). One or more members of the Board may participate in the meeting by telephonic communications.
Pursuant to A.R.S. S 38-431.03.A.2 and A.3, the Board may vote to go into Executive Session, which will not be open to the public, for legal advice concerning any item on the agenda or to review, discuss and consider records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or testimony that is specifically required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law.
A copy of the meeting agenda will be available at the SABIS® International School Office at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting.
